Owner Elizabeth Davis grew up in Venezuela, but her immediate family hails from Spain, Italy and France — all of which will be represented on SaVor’s menu. That means hearty paella, octopus carpaccio, filet mignon with bearnaise sauce and arepitas all under one roof.
Romer Sanchez, a fellow Venezuelan who’s operated several restaurants and a culinary school in their native country, will serve as SaVor’s executive chef. The restaurant’s menu will feature seasonal and organic produce items.

Everything from the ambiance, to the cuisine were absolutely fabulous. You can tell the chef is very highly skilled, and that they love what they do because you can taste it in the food. Wonderful experience over all. 10/10 would recommend.
